I have rented a storage unit at your Barranca address for nearly eight years and I have been satisfied with the service. However the new managers have greatly improved the upkeep. I pay my rent in person and also visit my unit several times a month, and everytime I am impressed how clean the building is inside -- the floors especially seem to sparkle with cleanliness. Attention is also paid to the parking area with frequent sweepings. Mr. Greenwood has also solved the pigeon problem so I no longer find discusting pigeon droppings in front of my unit.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Greenwood are friendly and helpful, and I think show outstanding managerial skills and because of this and how well kept the facility is, I would recommend the One Stop Storage Co. to anyone.       Darlene Claisse, Customer
